Convincing Pastors to Trust a New Solution

TruthCasting needed a website to persuade budget-conscious pastors and volunteers—often with limited tech skills—to trial or buy a service for streaming sermons to home viewers, with a tight deadline to replace an outdated site before advertising on TV.

TruthCasting needed a website to persuade budget-conscious pastors and volunteers—often with limited tech skills—to trial or buy a service for streaming sermons to home viewers, with a tight deadline to replace an outdated site before advertising on TV.

Targeting Ease of Use to Builds User Trust

To win over hesitant pastors, I proposed a landing page that prioritized simplicity and reliability over complex features, leveraging our low cost promise to address their core concerns of tech barriers while meeting the TV campaign’s urgency.

Analyzing Competitors Highlights Our Price Advantage

Realizing our misstep, I pushed for competitor research, analyzing features, pricing, and CTAs in a spreadsheet that revealed we were significantly cheaper, making affordability and simplicity our hook.

Crafting the Solution with Our Selling Point at the Forefront

Research in hand, I iterated through drafts to a hero with “Simple, Affordable, Reliable,” a “3 Easy Steps” guide. Ensuring that its easy for the non techincal users to setup and unlimited storage at a cheaper price than our competitors.

The revamped landing page launched for SaltShaker Media’s TV ads, positioning TruthCasting as the go-to for small churches, with future A/B testing and customer stories as next steps.
